Apricot Centre CIC – School of Regenerative Land Based Systems

The Apricot Centre CIC is a regenerative, organic & biodynamic agroecological farm in the heart of South Devon. They have extensive experience in helping land based businesses scale up or start up their own journey into regenerative farming, both through education and design & business consultancy services.

They offer a range of both short and longer courses in areas focusing on organic regenerative land-based systems, such as as complex courses in regenerative land-based systems (including soil & plant ecology, agroforestry, social and political agroecology, holistic livestock management, water management, etc. in their syllabus), as well as stand-alone topics (agroforestry, biodynamics, water management, holistic livestock management, permaculture design). Almost all courses are free for participants thanks to funding, and range from non-accredited short courses to Level 2 Skills Bootcamps to Level 3 and 4 yearlong diploma courses.

The Level 3 yearlong diploma course includes 1 day per week learning at the Centre and 4 days work experience placement on a farm from a list of local hosts.

The Apricot Centre team also offer a  professional design service for sustainable farms, smallholdings, community gardens and large gardens.  They offer consultancy in areas which complement diversified land-based projects.
