I have been growing vegetables, fruit and flowers in Mid Wales for over 25 years. I run a productive agroecological 5 acre market garden, Ash & Elm Horticulture.
I am a qualified teacher and have been teaching horticulture qualifications for nearly 20 years from entry level to science based level 5. I teach and mentor ‘Farm Start’ trainees, offering business and crop planning assistance, as well as scale up advice.
