An educational facility based in the threshing barn of our 300-acre, mixed organic dairy farming and cheese making operation in West Wales. Educational activities already taking place include school visits, weekend events for organisations such as the Specialist Cheese Making Association (SCA), the Permaculture Association and the Landworkers’ Alliance. We also act as an educational outreach facility for Lampeter University, and a venue for foraging and cooking courses. We see ourselves as a stage for ‘seeing is believing’ experiences, and welcome requests for on-farm courses and events.
