Hours: 3 days per week (24 hours)
Duration: Fixed term until Jan 28
Location: Based in the UK, working remotely, but with capacity to travel for in person meetings
and workshops.
Remuneration: £19,468.80 pro rata salary (£32,448 full time) Including a 3% statutory pension
contribution and 16.8 days pro rata holiday allowance (28 days full time).

About TALC
The Agroecology Learning Collective (TALC) is a UK-based network committed to transforming land-based education by strengthening the skills, knowledge and capacity needed for a regenerative, climate-resilient future. TALC brings together agroecological trainers, learning centres, demonstration farms, mentors, advisors and practitioners to collaborate, share expertise and build coherent pathways into agroecological landwork.
Role Overview
The coordinator will play a central role in developing the initiative, fostering participation and building the collective while supporting the organisation’s growth and impact. They will lead on developing TALC against its objectives including developing the website to become a central knowledge hub for trainers, centres of learning and learners; Building stakeholder participation, facilitating knowledge sharing and CPD; stimulating the development of new courses and events to help fill gaps.
The postholder will also be responsible for overseeing operational delivery, managing the budget and timeline and leading on monitoring and evaluation.
This role combines operational input and strategic contribution to ensure TALC develops in-line with its objectives.
